Dragon Ball Super: Beerus Part 2 makes five major changes to the original
Beerus Episode 2 skips over the three episodes and enhances Super Saiyan 3's action and visuals, cutting out bits of life imagery for a darker tone.
Dragon Ball Super: Beerus Part 2 spans three chapters and adds new Super Saiyan 3 features to the game.
Dragon Ball Super: Beerus Episode 2 brings a new anime remake with almost the same storyline as that of late ၂၀၁၅. It surpasses nearly all episodes from the original anime and arrives by adding brand-new action scenes. The reimagining differs significantly from the Original 2015 Anime, more than expected.
King Kai's planetary battle became a visual display.
The biggest improvement in Dragon Ball Super: Beerus is the visuals, and Part 2 really shows for the first time just how far these upgrades can go. Goku's first battle on King Kai's planet remains one of the laughably poor movie scenes from the ၂၀၁၅ anime.
In the episode images, a Toei Animation visual credited to Toei includes Beerus taunting Super Saiyan Goku, dodging and rubbing his shoulder. One of the coolest additions lasts from 15:40 to 16:20, where Goku attacks Birus with all his might while Birus watches only for Go's super-clown form.
The waste program on Emperor Pilaf's island is cut off.
Dragon Ball Super: Beerus Episode 2 directly skips the action as it tracks Goku on King Kai's planet. It cuts through many of the life parts of earlier Dragon Ball super episodes, including almost all four Dungeon Ball Super episodes; these details allow Emperor Pilaf, Mai and Shu to adapt their misadventures while searching for treasure on a remote island.
The series ends with a strange twist of fate and some help from Dragon Radar as the Pilaf Gang arrives on Bulma's birthday boat. Its main storyline objective is that Bulma has gathered all the dragon balls on her boat, rather than needing an entire piece to cover it up. Beerus did not lose much by cutting this short story, especially when its goal seemed to be to provide a more intense environment.
Bulma's birthday party had not yet begun.
One of the main topics avoided was preparations for Bulma's birthday party in Dragon Ball Super Parts 3 and 4. The original anime featured many bits of life as Krillin, Android 18, Gohan, Majin Buu, and the rest of the Dragon Team besides Goku and Vegeta arrive at Bulmas big birthday party.
All of this happened before Beerus even arrived on King Kai's planet, but these hilarious relief scenes were overcome starting with Dragon Ball Super: Beerus Episode 2.
Goku's Super Saiyan 3 adaptation is getting a longer build.
Apart from the better animation quality of Dragon Ball Super: Beerus Episode 2's battle between Goku and Beerus, one major change is how big a superhero 3 transformation in this version of the story has become.
In Dragon Ball Super: Beerus, it takes almost a minute to charge the Goku. Scenes involving shaking of the sky and lightning strikes along the serpentine path make you feel an energy boost greater than in ၂၀၁၅ anime.
Goku's Super Saiyan 3 is no longer the most powerful.
In Dragon Ball Super: Beerus Episode 2, there is no change more interesting than the conversational changes that took place between Goku and Beerus during their battle on King Kai's planet. It all depends on having a Super Saiyan 4 and how it can get into the timeline of Director Ball DAIMA and Drone Ball Super in this series.
In Dragon Ball Super: Beerus, the dialogue was changed to minimize space for the possibility of a Super Saiyan 4 in the background, but Goku has yet to use that format before knocking him out.
It is a very simple and minor change, which has big implications for the series. Despite Super Saiyan 4's exclusion, the possible existence of Dragon Ball DAIMA events in the Dragon Ball Super timeline means that other characters such as Neva or King Gohma will also be included.
"I'm so glad that I was able to be a part of it", she says.
New episodes of Dragon Ball Super: Beerus will begin airing every Sunday on Crunchyroll and Hulu, with an additional Netflix added the following Saturday. The release format clears out the weekly viewing path for Beerus Saga, allowing fans to access it on another platform shortly after its premiere on Monday. The next question for readers who have followed the remake closely is whether Episode 3 will restore some of the Birthday Party stuff that was passed over by the Dragon Team remake, or continue down a more action-oriented track?
