The final solo leveling episode, which reveals Song Jinwoo's greatest fear

The single Leveling: Arise was released on 22 October as the follow-up to Velvet, Fangs' next Monarch.

On October 22, a new episode of the Hunter Origin web series Solo Leveling: Arise was released, which introduces Valve as a new villain and a new backstory for Rakan's sequel, Beast Monarch and King of the Beasts. The segment arrives as part of Go Gunhee's own background story.

(Revelation 7:9, 14, 15) The Bible describes the beast as "a great horned serpent, and a ruler of demons".

Velvet's origins follow the pattern of Hunters in Solo Leveling: Arise. Tragedy becomes the starting point for power. Her first awakening as a Hunter occurs when her entire school is massacred by High Orcs led by Rakan.

At the time, she was not a frightened survivor. Velvet's sadistic nature is revealed at birth and her desire to see humanity tormented by being rejected from its ranks after miraculously surviving during the Beast Monarch attack intensifies. She switches from deception and danger-making to a lucrative career as a jeweler. Her last job begins to change when she targets Logan, a wealthy young man who reacts differently than those avoiding him.

When Valverde's boss orders her to kill Logan, she refuses. This rejection results in a shot to the head and Logan sacrificing his own life in order to save Balverde. Outraged after his death, Rakan executes its attackers unlike the scene where he had attacked some of his classmates years earlier. The same ideology and lack of fear of death that attracted Rakim's attention during the school fight now leads to him choosing Welch as his successor.

Why does this follower feel so personal to Sung Jinwoo?

As the successor of Beast Monarch, Jinwoo has already inherited a role linked to his history.

The personal adventures of each individual are made clearer by a similar school attack in the main Solo Leveling storyline. One of Jinwoo's most terrifying scenes is when Red Blade Orcs attack Jinah's school during Ahjin Guild Arc, where the orcs kill Jnah's classmates and if Jinwoo does not arrive on time, Jinah herself will be killed. Velvet's backstory mirrors this structure.

The premise of the episode is that Velvet can look at the scene, and if he only blinks there's no telling what Jin Nae or his classmates would do if they had the power of a king. Song discovers Jinwoo's greatest weakness as her family could be suspected, and Velvet uses this weakness to take revenge for her deliberately unavoidable death.

The relationship between Sung Suho and Gray in Ragnarok

Grey is the first Monarch Successor Sung Suho encounters in the story, and he becomes one of Suho's loyal companions. The two develop a shared skill called Beast Possession that allows Suho to take on Gray's powers as a hybrid, increasing his physical strength and speed.

The relationship between Grey and Velvet inevitably creates a conflict between Solo Leveling: Ragnarok and Solo Levelings: Arise. Gray assumes the true role of successor to the King of the Beasts in Solo leveling: ragnarok, while Velvet is portrayed as Monarchs' chosen heir. One possible explanation for this is that Valve may have died during a 27-year war with Jinwoo, Rakan Gray's only direct ancestor.

In Solo Leveling: Ragnarok, the fate of Velvet and Rakan in a 27-year war is tied to Netmarble 's different distribution.
