A new trailer for Solo Leveling: Arise before the October 19 update mocks the preparation of Monarchs War Arc, as Sung Jinwoo is fatally wounded by Frost Monarch and ends his life in the story.
The update is part of the game's ၂.၅th anniversary celebration. Along with a new story, Netmarble adds new characters including S-Rank Hunter Velvet and a younger version of Jinwoo's beloved advisor Holy Barrier Go Gunhee. On October 19, it also brought new gameplay modes and in-game gifts to players.
It's a deadly shot that starts the new shadow Monarch.
The robot depicts the Monarchs War Arc as a vengeful confrontation, and Jinwoo fights alone against Plague Monarch, Beast Monarch and Frost Monarch. It opens with an iconic scene from Solo Leveling manhwa. In episode 160, Sung takes the golden opportunity to strike a final blow with an ice cube that will make Jinwoo look like a frozen shell as his health scores plummet to zero after he is unexpectedly captured by the Beast monarch.
It has been claimed that death is more powerful than life for the King of Shadows, the king of Death. Although tragic at first sight, Jinwoo's death by the Beast King and Ice King eventually triggers his greatest reawakening. Unlike his previous birth after Double dungeon , this death does not give him a second chance to live.
Ashborn reveals to Jinwoo the truth of his world and gives him a choice: to continue peacefully in eternal sleep while his body is occupied, or accept his fate as Shadow Monarch and become one with Death.
