These are Naruto's five most powerful villains, not Otsutsuki.

In Naruto and Naruto: Shippuden, the Studio Pierrot anime features many incredible villains, all of whom possess extreme abilities and skills. The Otsutsuki clan members are in a league of their own compared to other characters, and Kaguya is widely considered the most powerful character in the Naruto franchise. Offending fear does not mean that one villain must be Otsutsuku.

Madara Uchi is standing on top of five Kegis.

Madara Uchiha is no ordinary villain. Regarded as one of the strongest shinobi in Naruto's history, he co-founded Konohagakure with Hachirama Senju and most importantly was the reincarnation of Indra Otsutsuki. His noble lineage enhances his power, but Madara's long combat experience, immortality, vast Chakra resources, and biological implants make him even more powerful.

Using it, Yuichiha's spirit easily conquers the Five Cages. By this time, Naruto fans knew that Madara Uchiha was superior to any character. As Jinchuriki of Ten Tails, Madara is virtually unstoppable and even controlled Might Guy's attacks.

Obito Uchi was brilliant, but he gained great power.

Obito Uchiha did not need to be a genius in order to acquire great powers. He became a powerful and legendary figure in his own right, training directly under Madara Uciha. He was introduced early on as Akatsuki's villain Tobi.

Obito Uchiha has some of the most remarkable feats in Naruto. Before present time, at age 13, he opened Mangekyo Sharingan after witnessing Rin Nohara's death. He also developed his advanced ninjutsu Kamui.

Itachi Uchiha excelled in every category

Itachi Uchiha is one of the best-documented anime antagonists for his deeply emotional evolution from terrifying villain to tragic hero. He takes full advantage of Sharingan and even wakes up Mangekyo Sharingan. His signature Genjutsu, Tsukuyomi, allows him complete control over his victim's attitude, time and space.

Itachi Uchiha stood out among other Naruto villains and earned the respect of fans due to his brilliant intellect. He mastered Sharingan at age 8 and graduated from the academy less than a year later. In addition, Itachi was the youngest person to pass Chunin's examination at 10 years old and joined Anbu Black Ops at 11.

My pain acts as a dark mirror to Naruto Uzumaki.

Originally Nagato, he serves as a dark mirror for Naruto Uzumaki. Both are descendants of the same clan, Jiraiya's students and war orphans. Pain also wants peace but is eager to succeed by spreading fear and violence.

Pain's powers are in line with his fearsome reputation. The six paths of pain are the manifestations of its Rinnegan: these include Deva Path, Asura Path, Human Path, Animal Path, Preta Path and Naraka Path. Even before his defeat, Pain had won every battle and even outmatched the hero for most of their battles.

Kabuto Yakushi was more powerful than Orochimaru.

Orochimaru may have been a legendary ninja of Konohagakure, but Kabuto Yakushi is the embodiment of the student who became his teacher. Kabuto was an apprentice and aide-de-camp to Orochimaru, a shinobi in rank who taught him advanced medical ninjutsu and even forbidden jutsu Edo Tensei. The young villain later proved more naturally gifted than his master.

During the Fourth Ninja War, Kabuto rapidly progresses from a war orphan to an elite-level force and masters snake magic. He also perfects Edo Tensei, making him better than Orochimaru ever managed. With unlimited chakra resources at his disposal, kabuto is a formidable opponent and has fought many titans such as Kakashi, Tsunade, and Itachi, nearly overcoming them.

Why did the cast keep on filming the characters?

The cast of Naruto: Shippuden gives these battles their own strength. Junko Takeuchi voices Naruto Uzumaki, and Noriaki Sugiyama voices Sasuke Uchiha. A highly energetic teenage ninja who is always on the lookout for approval and recognition, Naruto Ozumaki becomes a Hokage, the leader and strongest among all ninjas in the village.
