The third season of Solo Leveling has finally been confirmed with an official premiere.
Season 3's Solo Leveling: Ragnarok has Sanjimseung and Suho confirmed artwork, but episode 69 is awaiting an English release with no date yet.
D is equal to&C Media confirmed on KakaoPage that the sequel to Solo Leveling: Ragnarok will return with season 3 after a nearly year-long hiatus. The publisher also hired former Ice Lord artist Sanjimseung as its new illustrator, and released Season 3 cover art featuring Sung Jinwoo's son, Sung Suho in the webtoon's new painting style.
Season 3 is coming soon, but with episode 69, we don't have a date yet.
No specific release date has been given for Solo Leveling: Ragnarok Episode 69.&C Media later stated on X that the series "will be coming soon". Its KakaoPage announcement thanked readers for their wait and called for continued anticipation and interest, saying they would return soon with a more in-depth chapter of Soo Ho's biography.
The new cover art depicts Sung Suho with a thinner image than the vision JIN gave to the character during the first two seasons, retaining the purple aura and dark hoodie that are now associated with her design in this arc.
Recent episode footage from the series shows Sung Suho using Shadow Creation with Lee Minsung in Solo Leveling: Ragnarok by JIN (Redice), Esil using Gray and Bond Skill in Episode 68 of KakaoPage, Sarca and Sung Su ho having a conversation in Chapter 66, and Arsha, the Monarch of Plagues's Successor, in Chapter 68 on Kakopage.
Sanjimseung's role has already been suggested in the art book.
The change of illustrator is not surprising; prior to the official announcement, a painting by former Ice Lord artist Sanjimseung in the recently published Art of Solo Leveling companion book depicts him as the solo leveling: Ragnarok painter and suggests that he be responsible for JIN, DUBU's favorite disciple.
JIN's mandatory military service in South Korea led to an indefinite suspension of the webtoon after episode 68 and season 2 ended in January.
The story picks up again with Sung Suho confronting the prince's three potential successors.
When the series reappears, it will continue to show Sung Suho's battle against three crown princes in the realm of the Snowmen. As he faces his most powerful opponents, chances do not seem to favor Song Suho, but he is unexpectedly allied with his mother Cha Haein.
English readers are still waiting for the official announcement.&C Media has not yet announced plans for an official English release of the webtoon.
