These 10 Dragon Ball villains are stronger than Perfect Cell.
Comparing 10 villains like Majin Vegeta, Buu and Cell Max to Perfect Cell shows that Super Saiyan 2 Gohan's victory is a power record.
Introduced as one of the biggest threats in Dragon Ball Z, Perfect Cell Bio-Android forces Gohan to surpass his limits and survive Super Saiyan 2 JUST . However, being a near-perfect villain it is impossible to defeat him. Since the franchise's beginning, Power Walls has produced an extensive roster of fighters that far exceeds those featured within the Cell Saga, many of whom will end the battle before it begins.
The primary setting comes from the original story itself. Cell falls into the newly awakened Super Saiyan 2 Gohan, meaning that any character who acts beyond the level above and in later arcs most of the users have pushed for a higher version than Gohan at which point they can expect to defeat Perfect Cell.[citation needed] The following lists are arranged roughly depending on how far down the line they sit:
This is the Majin Vegeta.
Majin Vegeta represents the peak of Vegeta's character arc, a demonic form that has returned him to his evil roots and given him many powers. This version of Vegetata is more powerful than Super Saiyan 2 Goku, but beyond Kakarot's version, he does not have any rights in Perfect Cell.
Majin's encouragement was so foolish that Vegeta became a powerful weapon enough to permanently destroy Buu. He destroyed Buu's body, but lost the production which could have dismantled him well - more than would be sufficient for the same output on Perfect Cell.
Majin Buu, who was born in Taiwan.
Buu is the final villain of Dragon Ball Z for a reason. His two prominent versions - his image title, Buuhan after absorbing Ultimate Gohan and the last and dirtiest version Kid Buu - have enough power to take down Perfect Cell without even trying.
Majin Buu can even turn Cell into candy in a single attack, devouring him and absorbing all his powers instantly, ending the battle before it begins.
The Devil's Third Eye in Goma
Dragon Ball DAIMA reintroduced Super Saiyan 4 Goku, and even gave Vegeta the look of a Super Saiya 3. Its latest boss Evil Third Eye Gomah has no issues with Perfect Cell.
Super Saiyan 4 Goku uses one of the best Kamehameha in the franchise to fight Gomara, and it does nothing. He blows up the villain, which Gomara recreates using Evil Third Eye in an instant.
It is also known as the omega-3 fatty acid.
Dragon Ball GT is an unequalled service in the franchise, often underestimated, but it gives fans Super Saiyan 4 and Omega Shenron. The show has added dragon balls in a new light, transforming them into fearsome rivals to Omegashanron.
Goku and Vegeta have to unite, pushing their combination to Super Saiyan 4 level. In the process, they create one of the strongest characters in Dragon Ball. Perfect Cell cannot point a finger at this villain.
What are some of the benefits?
Cell Max is a version of Cell that was never conceived by Bio-Android himself. Technically one of the best villains ever featured in Dragon Ball, he forced Gohan to unlock a form no one had seen before.
Gohan becomes the Gohan Beast to defeat Cell Max, which is a supernatural version of Goku's rival Ultra Instinct.
What is the name of this fruit?
Dragon Ball Super: Broli brought Broly back in the best way imaginable, and in one of JUST 's films he became the franchise's ICON .
Broly easily defeats both Super Saiyan God Goku and Vegeta. He is one of the few villains who allows himself to be merged into Gogeta in order to defeat him, and even in its basic form, Perfect Cell takes no more than a few minutes.
I'm going to kill Jiren.
It's wrong to call Jiren mortal. He may be stronger than all the Gods of Destruction, and in the Tournament of Power, he is the most powerful dead person in all universes. Now that Goku has become more comfortable with Ultra Instinct, Jiren might be suffering, but Perfect Cell cannot defeat him.
Jiren defeats Perfect Cell without even trying. His basic form forces Goku to enter the realm of the gods during their battle, and with all of Perfect Cell's abilities, not even Bio-Android can do anything about it.
I'm going to call Frieza.
There was a time when Perfect Cell could dominate Frieza, and if there had been a fight between them during the Freezer Saga, there would have been no competition. That version lost to Goku's basic Super Saiyan form, but that villain form is no more.
Since then, Frieza has unleashed two super-powerful versions - the Golden Freeze and the Black Freeze. Although BlackFreeze does not appear in the Dragon Ball Super anime yet, there is a GoldenFreeze that gives him powers even Perfect Cell can't fathom.
Zamasu melted down
Fused Zamasu is so powerful that in order to destroy him, he has to remove the entire reality that existed at JUST . Even Beerus admits that it's unlikely he can defeat him, but Whis says that at least the God of Destruction will brand him.
Even Goku Black would be too much for Perfect Cell to handle, and at this point in the series, power expansion had become an embarrassment, and Perfect Cell couldn't afford such a formidable rival.
Beerus, the king
Beerus, God of Destruction in the Seventh Universe, is the most powerful villain featured in Dragon Ball. He's so strong that even after gaining more arcs and countless new abilities, Goku still has no power to overthrow him. As Vegeta learns his skills, one day two Saiyan warriors can defeat an evil god together.
Beerus is so much stronger than Perfect Cell that she doesn't even recognize it as a threat. She can destroy Perfect Cell with just one Hakai blast, and Bio-Android will be erased from history forever.
(Matthew 24:3-14) The apostle Paul wrote: "I am the light of the world.
The matchups across-the-line are the franchise's power creep: a villain who previously required a breakthrough transformation of the protagonist now sits at the bottom of the top tier. For fans following Dragon Ball through Z, GT, Super and DAIMA in Practical Takeaway, Perfect Cell's position is entirely dependent on his own dominant dominance over each subsequent location and time period measured within his own arc.
